Here are the Best Sports Bars in Breckenridge, Colorado

Motherloaded Tavern - Exterior

The Super Bowl is in less than one week! Get your game on at the best places to watch pro sports in Breck:

Burke & Riley’s Irish Pub – Located on the south end of town, on the rooftop of La Cima Mall, Burke & Riley’s is a sports lovers mecca. Warm up around the outdoor firepit and then warm up inside with Irish Car Bombs and the game playing on all speakers.

Downstairs at Eric’s – The clear winner for “Best Family Friendly Sports Bar in Breck,” dad can enjoy the game and the brews with 29 flat screen TVs and 30 beers on tap, and the kids can enjoy a full size arcade with more than 20 games.

Fatty’s Pizzeria – Historic building and a historically rowdy football crew. Belly up to the bar and join the fun with long-time locals and visitors alike.

Luigi’s Sports Bar & Pizzeria – One of Breck’s newest sports bars. Catch the big game, awesome pizza, and sample their signature Stadium Cocktails (like “Hawaiian Punch,” a rum concoction called “Island Dream,” or Hard Lemonades available in 10 different flavors).

Kenosha Steakhouse – Hearty grub, including famous ribs, plus 11 rotating craft beers, makes this a great place to hang out and watch that big game. A sprawling patio is available for fresh air and killer views of Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Napper Tandy’s Irish Pub – Grab a seat in this massive venue (and my favorite spot in Breck for a pint of Guinness) and watch the game or big fight on the huge screens. Outdoor firepit, pool tables, darts, arcade games, and a great crew behind the bar make this one the best sports viewing spots in town. Located upstairs from Salt Creek Steakhouse.

Northside Pizza – Small, local hangout featuring everything from cheap PBRs to high-end craft beers, and some of the best wings I’ve had since living in Buffalo, NY (seriously).

Ollie’s Pub and Grub – Belly up to one of Breck’s biggest bars, with a huge tap selection, daily drink specials, and big portions of your favorite gametime grub.

The Motherloaded Tavern – Head over to “Momma’s” for plenty of seats for you and your friends, homecooked dishes, housemade infused cocktails, and cheap drafts. Check out The Motherloaded Tavern on BreckInsider.

Best Sports Bars in Breck – Honorable Mention

Bangkok Happy Bowl - Bar and Happy Hour Guests

Perhaps not “sports bars,” but with a combination of TVs, atmosphere, and specials, don’t overlook these bars as a hidden gem for watching sports in Breck:

Angel’s Hollow – Killer Mexican cuisine and world-famous Bloodies and Margs.
Bangkok Happy Bowl Thai Bistro and Sushi Bar – Sushi, Sake bombs and NFL? Why the hell not!
Base 9 Bar – Rub shoulders with locals and visitors at this hotel bar located in Beaver Run Resort.
Blue Stag Saloon – A locals favorite where you can enjoy an indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit, dog-friendly patio, 40 craft brews, extensive wines, and amazing food (including wood-fired pizza).
BoLD Restaurant and Bar – One of the coolest looking bars in town and serving craft beer, craft cocktails, and fresh Mediterranean cuisine.
Brooklyn’s Tavern and Billiards – Why not shoot some pool along your sports watching?
Briar Rose Chophouse & Saloon – Definitely not a sports bar, but Super Bowl is the one day of the year when you’ll hear volume on the TVs. Couple that with the best small plate menu in town and killer happy hour drink specials, and you may just find yourself in sports-watching (and escargot-eating) bliss.
Coppertop Bar – Known for slopeside aprés-ski at the base of Peak 9 and the Beaver Run Chairlift, grab those fresh turns and then catch the big game with your ski boots still on. This is the only privately-owned slopeside bar!
Empire Burger – Mouthwatering burgers, hand-cut fries, and adult milkshakes. What’s not to love?
Park Avenue Pub – You may just find a quieter atmosphere at this bar tucked away on the south end of town.
Quandary Grille – Grab a seat at the U-shaped bar and enjoy new and classic apps, cold drafts, and a great view of the slopes.
RMU Tavern – Well known for being an awesome venue for craft beer and live music, you’ll probably find a mellow sports crowd enjoying everything from cheap cans of Montucky Cold Snacks to high end craft beers and spirits. RMU also wins the award for “Best Dog Friendly Bar to Watch Sports in Breck.” Well behaved pooches welcome inside.
 – Sure it’s a Vail Resorts bar, but the location simply can’t be beat if you’re hitting the slopes before kick-off. Big pints, unreal views at the base of the ski resort (and the top of the Gondola), and ski bunnies abound make this the on-mountain spot to catch the game.
The Gold Dredge – You’re in Breck, so why not catch the game at “the world’s highest floating restaurant?”
The Gold Pan Saloon – Catch the latest game at Breck’s oldest bar.
The Hangar – Located on Airport Road (and a short, free bus ride from town), and featuring a glass blowing studio next door, instruments on hand to jam out, and $5 Breck Bourbon shots all day, the Hangar just may be the local hangout you’ve been looking for.
The Mine Breck – Half-bar, half-man cave, you can watch the game with cheap drafts, shots, and all the bar games you can handle.
Tiki Mana Island Grill – More tiki bar than sports bar, but you can still catch the big game while enjoying fresh poke bowls and tropical cocktails, and just steps from the center of town. Located downstairs in the River Mountain Lodge.
