National Repertory Orchestra…
The NRO delivers outstanding musical performances for residents and visitors in Summit County, and also plays an important role in preparing young musicians for careers in the orchestra world. Led by Music Director Carl Topilow and joined with world-renowned guest conductors, the NRO provides a unique opportunity for young musicians to gather invaluable experience playing a broad variety of orchestral works.
Did you know?
-The NRO has been around for more than 50 years!
-During the eight week season, the NRO performs as many different concerts as a full-time orchestra performs in a nine-month season.
-Every year, the NRO auditions nearly 1,000 musicians between the ages of 18 and 29 in about 25 different cities across the country to fill the 88 tuition-free spots of the orchestra! So, while “National” is in their name, “International” is in their music.
Local’s Tip: The NRO operates more like a music “festival” with performances mainly taking place in just the months of June and July. Get your tickets now!
National Repertory Orchestra’s Upcoming Performances:

The NRO features guest conductor, Anu Tuli in a concert to benefit Summit County’s First Responders. The performance features Gustov Holst’s, The Planets and is part of the “Women in the Arts Series”.
